This car charger fits into the auxiliary/cigarette lighter socket in your vehicle. It provides two 5 VDC USB charging ports, one with up to 2.1A of charging power and the other with up to 1.0A. The 2.1A port provides sufficient power to charge the Apple iPad® at its full rate, while the other port can be used to charge an iPhone® or iPod® at full rate. A small blue LED indicates when the charger is plugged into an active power socket.
